Our facility operates heavy hydraulic presses capable of stamping uniform metal molds. Every chain case shell is pressed to match precise factory dimensions for CD70 and CG125.
All joints are robotically and manually welded to prevent water leakage and rust. We apply intensive deburring to eliminate sharp edges, ensuring safe handling and clean aesthetics.
Our chain cases undergo multi-stage surface washing followed by electrostatic powder painting in Silver, Black, or Golden. Baked at high temperatures for a scratch-resistant finish.
We operate as a wholesale manufacturer. Our standard MOQ is 600 sets per order. Smaller retail orders are not supported.
